Housing instability can be a side effect of COVID-19

South Park Inn’s CARES Act-funded Homelessness Prevention Program connects households that are at risk of eviction due to rental arrearages associated with the COVID-19 pandemic with up to six months of case management to help preserve their tenancy or achieve long-term stability in a new home. Case Managers work in partnership with the participating household and landlord–as well as trained mediators, community legal aid, and any other invested stakeholders–to identify the suite of services and supports that will best support the household’s long-term re-stabilization.
